Guest Sign-up Form

Optionally ask guests for their name and email before they start chatting, with better protection from bots.

Guest settings will move to a tab of their own, so everything about guests is in one place.

The guest sign-up form will be able to ask for an email address as well as a name, with an optional consent checkbox and a check that stops bots from creating guests. The guests list in the admin and the removal of inactive guests are also getting improvements.
