Per-Conversation Notification Levels

Mute is an on or off switch today, which does not work well for busy group conversations and chat rooms. Members will be able to choose how much each conversation notifies them, for example every message or only when someone mentions them or replies to them, and admins will be able to set the starting point for each kind of conversation.

Other parts of notifications are being reviewed together with this: email notifications, mentions and replies, a way to mention everyone in a conversation, alerts when a group call starts, and how reactions to your own messages are shown.
