Upgraded Group Calls
Layouts, spotlight, picture in picture, a Participants list, keyboard shortcuts and host controls for group video and audio calls, with no fixed size.
Everyone picks Auto, Speaker or Tiled, and can hide people without video or their own picture. Moderators spotlight up to four people for everyone, ask someone to turn on their camera or microphone, remove and ban them from the calls, and end the call for everyone, with toasts for raised hands and joins.
People join with the camera and microphone off and test them in the device settings first. Group calls have no fixed size: a site includes 32 people on video or 50 on audio at once, and more join with WordPlus Cloud credits. It is in Better Messages 3.2, the WebSocket version.
