Where are the WebSocket servers located?

The Better Messages WebSocket cloud relay currently runs in Frankfurt, Germany.

The relay is blind to message content (all message data is stored only in your WordPress database — see where messages are stored), so the relay location doesn't dictate where your data lives. But if your site has strict geographical or jurisdictional rules about which servers user data may transit, the Self-Hosted plan lets you run the relay on infrastructure you control.
